Recipes include: Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Preserved Lemon and Pistachio Dressing Olive Oil Financiers Cauliflower, Grana Padano and Shallot Cake Sunchoke, Pecorino, and Herb Salad with Warm Vinaigrette Grilled Bulgur Wheat Kibbeh Bars with Yogurt Sauce *eggs and dairy will be used in this class Reservations are required and can be made at www.ilfiorello.com.
