Learn which type of tomato is right for your recipe and why tomatoes just don?t taste like they used to. Menu highlights include: ? Tomato water shrimp cocktail ? Tomato custard with parmesan frico crust ? Fire-roasted corn & tomato relish ? Gruyere cheese & tomato fondue Chef Martin is an expert in olive oil and enjoys a 20-year tenure as a chef for Robert Mondavi Winery, working on a variety of private and public events in the U.S. and Europe, including the annual culinary series known around the world as Great Chefs.
