Chef Marvin Martin presents perfect pasta recipes for Spring! Learn to use vegetables in traditional meat roles in stuffed pastas. Recipes for pasta dough and sauces will be included. Featured recipes: Spaghetti with Fava Bean Pesto and Pepato Cheese, Springs Greens and Goat Cheese Manicotti with Garden Tomato Sauce, Mycopia Mushroom and Ricotta Cannelloni with Sage and Morel Sauce, Ceci Bean Filled Ravioli with Spinach Puree and Lemon Olive Oil.
