Step up your holiday entertaining this year with an enticing cheese course. In this class, we?ll sample some dazzling party-worthy cheeses and get advice on how to pair them with appropriate condiments, wines and beers. Our guide for this special day is award winning food writer and author (The Cheese Course, Cheese & Wine, and Cheese & Beer), Janet Fletcher. Janet will bring some of her favorite festive cheeses and lead us through the tasting. Utilizing locally sourced cheeses, Janet along with Executive Chef Marvin Martin, will demonstrate two recipes from her book The Cheese Course. Participants will be able to taste and take home samples. We will also have plenty of Janet?s beautiful books on hand so that you can get a head start on holiday shopping.
