The chocolate truffle class was a hit so we have decided to devote another day to everyone?s favorite sweet! Join us for a cooking demonstration featuring Chef Marvin Martin?s favorite recipes for rich chocolate desserts. Recipes include: Flourless Chocolate Cake, Tangelo Olive Oil, Walnut and Sea Salt Brownies, Molten Chocolate Cakes injected with EVOO, and Chocolate Almond Bark Reservations are required and can be made at www.ilfiorello.com. This is a demonstration-style class and participants will taste and take home samples of the recipes.
